Sonova took over Sennheiser




In mid-February 2021, German audio brand Sennheiser announced its intention to sell its consumer audio business.Today, Sennheiser announced on its website that it has entered into an agreement with Sonova, a global provider of medical hearing solutions, to sell Sennheiser's consumer electronics business for 200 million euros (1.56 billion yuan).The plan, which is subject to regulatory approval, is scheduled to close by the end of 2021.
